Local train services are available from Crewe, Derby, Macclesfield, Manchester Piccadilly, Stafford, and Uttoxeter to Stoke-on-Trent.

Hanley bus station is a 10-minute bus trip from/to the train station.

You’ll find nearby bus stops on Quadrant Road, Stafford Street, Albion Street, and Old Hall Street. It takes around 10-15 minutes to reach the centre on foot from Hanley Bus Station.

Bike racks are located outside the car park on Quadrant Road.

There are local taxi services available on Town Road and Stafford Street.

Parking

Over 900 parking spaces, including those for parents with young children and the disabled, can be found in two car parks at The Potteries Centre. You can leave your car here while touring the mall and the rest of the city, including Piccadilly and Smithfields.

Disabled Parking Spaces
There are 67 spots set aside for customers with disabilities, spread among the multi-storey parking levels 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, as well as the surface parking area. Always bring a valid handicapped badge when using these specified zones.

Parent and Child Spaces
You’ll find Parent and Child spaces on levels 3C, 5B and 6C of the multi-storey car park and several designated spaces on the surface park area.

Car Wash
