Hidden Disabilities
They are introducing new ways to enhance your visit and experience considering that going to a shopping centre can be a frightening venture for some of their customers who have autism, dementia, or who require more support.
Mobility services
At the customer service counter in the Main Dome, wheelchairs and other mobility aids are available for rental.

There are 11,500 parking spots total at The Trafford Centre, including spaces for the disabled, parents with young children, and EV charging stations. Each parking lot provides direct access to the centre through passenger lifts and escalators.

Baby bottle warming
Warming stations for infant bottles are conveniently provided in The Orient food court. Simply ask one of their friendly staff members, and they will be happy to assist.
High Chairs
The bottom level of The Orient food court has a large number of high chairs that are free to use, making mealtimes with kids at The Trafford Centre as simple as possible.
Lost Children
They have some helpful ideas to keep kids and their grown-ups together should they ever become separated.
Parent and baby rooms
Baby changing stations, diaper dispensers, and private feeding rooms are all conveniently located in the major restroom areas at The Trafford Centre.
Parent & Child parking
Shoppers with little children can easily, safely, and directly enter the centre from the parking lots. All parking areas include plenty of spaces for parents and kids.
